Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of link.createfor.me and its creator tools (the “Service”), operated by MAS IMPORT EOOD (“CreateFor.Me”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, connecting a social account, publishing content or purchasing PRO, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If acting for an organisation or creator, you confirm that you have authority to do so. Accounts may not be transferred or impersonate another person.

2. The Service

The Service may provide public creator profiles, unlimited profile links, temporary Drops, Instagram and TikTok synchronization, Channel publishing, reactions, analytics and subscription features. Availability can depend on your plan, third-party APIs, law and technical capacity.

3. FREE and PRO

Current plan limits are shown on the pricing page and inside the Service. FREE presently includes up to 10 single-image manual Drops per calendar month, each active for 24 hours; up to the latest six synchronized Instagram posts and six synchronized TikTok posts; unlimited profile links; and up to 30 Channel posts per month. PRO presently includes up to 15 manual Drops per month with supported images, carousels or videos; broader social synchronization controls; appearance customization; analytics; unlimited Channel posts subject to fair use; and Channel categories.

We may adjust limits prospectively for security, law, API limitations, abuse prevention or sustainable operation. Material reductions affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated where legally required.

4. Billing, renewals and cancellation

PRO is billed at the price and interval displayed at checkout. Freemius or another identified merchant/payment provider may process payment and subscription administration. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal but normally leaves access active through the paid period. Statutory consumer rights, including mandatory withdrawal and refund rights, are not limited by these Terms.

5. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. Automated account creation, credential sharing, security bypasses and interference with the Service are prohibited.

6. Your content and links

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, resize, format, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure, moderate and improve the Service. You confirm you own or have permission for everything you upload, synchronize or link.

Public profiles and Channel posts can be viewed, copied or shared by others. Keep your own copies. Temporary Drops are intentionally deleted after expiry and are not a backup service.

7. Social-platform connections

Connecting Instagram or TikTok is optional. You authorise us to request the permissions shown by the platform and process the returned profile/media information and tokens. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform’s rules. “Delete” inside CreateFor.Me removes the local profile item; it does not delete the original Instagram or TikTok post unless explicitly stated.

8. Restricted and prohibited content

The Community Guidelines and 18+ Policy form part of these Terms. We prohibit child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual services, non-consensual intimate content, pornography hosted on CreateFor.Me, unapproved pornography destinations, illegal drugs, weapons sales, threats, terrorism, glorification of violence or self-harm, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, scams, malware, spam, impersonation and infringement.

Lawful alcohol or tobacco editorial content and approved restricted links must be labelled 18+, must not target minors and must comply with all local advertising and sales laws. An age notice does not make unlawful content acceptable.

9. Reports, moderation and appeals

Visitors may report profiles, links, Drops and Channel posts. We may investigate, age-restrict, reduce visibility, unpublish, remove, suspend or terminate content/accounts. Except where unsafe or legally prohibited, affected creators will receive a reason and may appeal. Emergency safety reports, especially those involving minors or exploitation, receive priority. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited.

10. Third-party destinations

External links are operated by third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, transactions or harm. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

11. Intellectual property

CreateFor.Me’s software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell or use the Service to train a competing system except where applicable law expressly permits it. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risk, non-payment, legal requests or discontinued service. Where appropriate, we use proportionate measures and preserve non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Availability and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent third-party API access, particular audience results or preservation of temporary content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Competent courts and legally available alternative dispute-resolution procedures remain available.
